A former collegiate big man who played at Baylor and Texas Southern, Herb understands what it takes to produce at the next level—and what truly separates talent from pro-ready athletes.

Following college, Herb competed professionally across multiple circuits, including the CBA and USBL, along with several professional leagues overseas. His international experience gives him firsthand insight into the discipline, adaptability, and consistency required to sustain a long professional career.

Today, Herb is known for his ability to identify real upside and translate it into structured development plans. His approach emphasizes skill detail, game habits, footwork, finishing, shot preparation, defensive positioning, competitive toughness, and overall basketball IQ.
